the ability to receive expert personal Pilates instruction in an
intimate environment.

bulk or putting stress on your joints. Pilates instruction
emphasizes the benefits of healthy breathing to improve lung function

What is the difference between mat Pilates and equipment Pilates?
The reformer provides the support necessary to strengthen the abdominals and lower back without the risk of injury to the lumbar region.
Equipment work also allows for more work on the arms, legs, shoulder and hip joints than does mat work. Again, all equipment work is supported, so you are never compromising the strength integrity of your body.
