GROUP EXERCISE
At Ethos,
we are developing a world-class group exercise program. The
finest instructors. Outstanding variety. And classes
for every fitness level, including introductory classes for the first-time participant.
Group Exercise can be divided into scintillating
subcultures.
There is the meditative subculture: women of
balance and serenity for whom the communal spirit of mat Pilates,
Yoga, Tai Chi, and core fitness is a necessary oasis in the roaring cacophony of every-day life.
There is the driving subculture:
women enjoying the rush of indoor cycling, kickboxing and movement
classes for the glow
of pure satisfaction.
At Ethos, we look to provide you with a group culture that is
complete. One day, you are meditative. The next,
you are energy. We will offer group exercise classes that
reflect your moods and help you achieve your goals. With
a schedule that
fits nicely with yours.
What’s the "Zen Den"?
In an effort to meet our growing needs on weekday mornings, Ethos has added a studio. Our Zen Den is located at Miss Patti’s School of Dance where we will offer one mind body class each weekday morning.
Please drop your children off at Childcare and note on your sign-in sheet where you will be in case we need to reach you. If time permits we highly suggest you check in at reception and secure your personal belongings in one of our lockers and then proceed to class at the "Zen Den".
