GROUP EXERCISE
Ethos boasts a world-class group exercise program. The
finest instructors. Outstanding variety. And classes
for every fitness level, including introductory classes for the first-time participant.
Group Exercise can be divided into scintillating
subcultures.
There is the meditative subculture: women of
balance and serenity for whom the communal spirit of mat Pilates,
Yoga, and core fitness is a necessary oasis in the roaring cacophony of every-day life.
There is the driving subculture:
women enjoying the rush of indoor cycling, kickboxing and movement
classes for the glow
of pure satisfaction.
At Ethos, we look to provide you with a group culture that is
complete. One day, you are meditative. The next,
you are energy. We will offer group exercise classes that
reflect your moods and help you achieve your goals. With
a schedule that
fits nicely with yours.
What’s the "Zen Den"?
Our Zen Den is located at Miss Patti’s School of Dance located to the right of the lower entrance (near childcare). This allows Ethos to offer additional prime time classes on weekday mornings.
Mats will be available, please remember your towel and water.
NOTE: The Zen Den is closed in the Summer.
