Ethos Group Training

Ethos Group Training is delivered by our certified trainers. The program includes: functional and strength training.  Classes are limited to 3 - 8 people for the maximum attention from your trainer.  Group personal training is not included in your membership and requires an additional fee to participate. Please contact your favorite trainer for details.
